Insurance Advisers are generally in my view the most boring and non-empathetic individuals you can ever meet. But Gina is definitely not these, so she has broken the mold. Talking to Gina is like talking to an old friend. She makes those god awful intrusive questions about health and lifestyle seem common place and does it with appropriate humour.
